Breaking Glass Ceilings - It's What We Do!   

The 2021 TDW Convention and Annual Meeting will be held online  February 19 - 21. On the business agenda will be the election of officers for 2021 and adoption of the annual budget.

Membership dues and Chapter dues for 2021 are due on January 1 and must be received before the Convention to establish eligibility to run for the TDW State Board, vote on state officers, or receive a TDW award.

If you would like to run for a position on the TDW Board our bylaws call for you to declare your intent to run by 60 days prior to the convention, which is December 20. For more information, download this form.

Registration is $30 and may be paid by check or ActBlue. If paying by check please download a registration form to submit here. Please register by February 12 so you can join an orientation session on how to use our meeting platform app. People who register will be contacted to schedule orientation.

Nominations for Statewide Awards are open through December 20. These include the Oscar Mauzy Humanitarian Award, the Dr. Mae Jackson Outstanding Woman Elected Official, and Texas Democratic Women Member of the Year, Chapter Certificate of Achievement, Outstanding Chapter Newsletter and Outstanding Chapter Scrapbook. Star Awards honoring TDW members for achievements that have enhanced the reputation and viabiity of their  local chapters will be accepted through January 15. Please use a separate copy of this form for each individual Star Award.
